Our Woodingdean Community

Woodingdean is a village of around 10,000 people that sits on a hill (approx. 128m above sea level) about 2 miles to the east of Brighton. The village has a thriving community with an abundance of clubs and classes for all age groups. The village's history is mainly farming based and the major housing developments happened after the First World War until the 1960'

As a Church we are very proud to be involved with the Woodingdean Community and do what we can to support the amazing people who live here.

Currently, all activities apart from Sunday 10.30 service and private prayer are suspended due to the Covid19 pandemic.

We hope and pray that these community ventures, and maybe new ones, will be able to continue soon. In the meantime, some current help agencies and volunteer initiatives are listed under the "How to get involved" box on the Home Page of this website.
